J.O.E. Coffee Nooks are closed right now. But J.O.E. Baristas are still active and learning. They're gaining job skills, connecting and contributing to our community. Here's what J.O.E.'s been up to:
- Meeting weekly online to share ideas, experiences and J.O.E. jokes!
- Designing "J.O.E. Fun Sheets" distributed by the Guelph Children's Foundation, Lakeside Hope House and Guelph Public Library.
- Writing postcards to students for the Guelph Neighbourhood Coalition's Backpack Project.
- Painting rocks with inspirational messages for the Guelph General Hospital garden.
- Holding a Food Drive for Lakeside Hope House.
- Decorating mandalas and posting them on our doors in honour of Guelph front-line workers.
- Donating art kits and writing caring note cards for Wellness Boxes distributed by the Community Company.
- and MORE!
