Program Manager
(Temporary Part-time – 6 month contract)

You will:
- Facilitate online and in-person programs with the help of volunteers, staff and placement students. Programs include: Coffee Chats, Training Grounds, Community Collaborators.
- Recruit, train and supervise staff, placement students and volunteers.
- Attend Board meetings and provide monthly progress reports.
- Promote J.O.E. through social media.
- Assist with grant applications and reports.
- Follow Health & Safety procedures and all Public Health measures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Experience working with adults who have developmental disabilities.
- Strong presentation and teaching skills (both online and in-person).
- Satisfactory vulnerable sector check required at time of hire.
- A passion for the Guelph community. Familiarity with Guelph-based events and organizations.
Hours of Work:
- 20 hours per week Monday to Friday.
- some evening and weekend work required.
- 6 months with the possibility of extension.
